Responsible Gaming at bd697 — a commitment to safe and informed entertainment

bd697 believes online gaming should be enjoyable and controlled. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are here to keep you protected.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online casino and sports betting is a form of entertainment — just like watching a film or going to a sporting event. At bd697, we want every player to play with enjoyment, awareness, and within a set budget. Gambling is not a source of income; it is entertainment. Our responsible gaming policy is built around this truth.

We acknowledge that for some people gambling can become a habit and have a negative impact on their personal, family, and financial life. That is why bd697 provides various tools and features to help you keep your gaming under control.

As a responsible platform for the online gaming community in Bangladesh, bd697 always places player protection as the highest priority. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support team is always ready to help with any concerns you may have.

Important Warning

Gambling is for people aged 21 and above only. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If you feel that gambling is affecting your life, please contact our support team immediately.

Our Protection Tools

Financial Control

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum limit for daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing the limit is subject to a waiting period, which protects you from impulsive decisions.

Temporary Break

Time-Out

You can take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Your account will be restored automatically once the break ends.

Long-Term Protection

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a long-term break, you can choose self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Promotional communications will also be stopped while this option is active.

Loss Control

Loss Limit

Set in advance the maximum amount you can lose within a given time period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed for that day or week — this keeps your budget protected.

Time Management

Session Time Limit

Set a limit on how long you play in one session. When the limit is reached, a notification will appear and you will be given the option to end the session. This feature keeps you aware of excessive time spent playing.

Age Verification

Age Verification (21+)

You must be 21 years of age or older to register at bd697. Age is verified with a valid ID document at the time of registration. Minors cannot use this platform under any circumstances.

Detailed Policy on Responsible Gaming

Protection of Minors

bd697 strictly ensures that only people aged 21 and above can use the platform. An age verification process must be completed at the time of registration. If there is any suspicion of underage use on an account, that account will be suspended immediately and all winnings will be considered void.

If there are children or teenagers in your household, use a password or parental control software on your device to prevent them from accessing this site.

Fair Play Policy

All games at bd697 are operated to ensure fair play. Our platform uses SSL encryption and players' financial information is kept fully secure. Game outcomes are kept impartial using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Promotions and Bonuses

Specific wagering requirements apply to all promotions, including our welcome bonus. A 100% first-deposit bonus is available up to ৳10,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before claiming a bonus.

View Gambling as Entertainment

Remember — online gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Always play with money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Never gamble with borrowed money or by dipping into your savings. Set a budget before playing and stay within that limit.

Responsible Gaming — Frequently Asked Questions

bd697 ensures responsible gaming through various tools — such as deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, time-out, and self-exclusion. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support team is always ready to help. We prevent underage access through age verification.

To activate self-exclusion, go to your account settings and enter the "Responsible Gaming" section. From there you can choose 6 months, 1 year, or a permanent option. Alternatively, you can notify our support team via live chat or email and they will close your account immediately.

Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a specific waiting period. This delay is intentional — it protects you from overspending in an impulsive moment.

Time-Out is a short-term option (24 hours to 30 days) that ends automatically after the set period. Self-exclusion is a long-term protection measure (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) where your account is fully deactivated and promotional communications are also stopped.

You must be 21 years of age or older to play at bd697. This rule is strictly enforced. Age is verified at registration and additional verification may be requested at any time.

If you believe an underage or any family member is gambling problematically, contact us immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]). We will take prompt action while maintaining confidentiality.

Your account balance remains secure while self-exclusion is active. Once the exclusion period ends, you can initiate a withdrawal through support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 and processing is typically completed within 5-30 minutes.

Play safely, enjoy the experience

We are committed to keeping your gaming at bd697 safe and controlled at all times. If you need help, our team is always ready.
